Support clients and investors in evaluating commercial real estate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and transaction support. The role involves developing investment insights and assisting across the commercial property transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyse commercial real estate investment opportunities.Evaluate assets, financial performance, valuations, and investment potential.Prepare investment analyses, presentations, reports, and transaction materials.Support due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction closure.Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in real estate investment, capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.Strong financial modelling, analytical, research, and valuation skills.Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer
