Key Responsibilities
Assess client workplace requirements, occupancy needs, and future space requirements.Develop workplace and space strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Evaluate workplace options, space utilisation, locations, and commercial considerations.Present recommendations and work closely with clients and internal teams to support implementation.Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, real estate consulting, or a related field.Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills with an understanding of commercial real estate.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer
